From Controversial To Beautified: Duluth Mural Near Completion

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- A piece of art that was once considered controversial and nowhere near finished is now 75% percent completed. Five professional artists have been working on the mural in Duluth's Cascade Park for over a month now.
