To those who will gather in Berlin - Though we "left-behinders" won't be physically with you in Berlin, we each will observe the days in a special way, thinking of Knuti and T.D., but also thinking of all of you. Thus all Knutians, from wherever in the world, will be united together in one group, at one time, remembering and honoring the Dream Team, with sadness but also with joy in our hearts, as they would want.
Thanks to all our photographers for the pictures of Knuti which you have posted again over the last days. They have brought back so many happy memories. Our Knuti loved his toys (so nice that T.D. let him play with the little horse), and his icebombs. When he presses an icebomb to his black little chest, the expression on his face says, "Mine, Mine."
Birgit - Yes, I will light a candle on Saturday at 15:00 to 15:30 hours and spend that l/2 hour remembering our Knuti from pictures, videos, and from my heart. I will burn the candle all weekend and I will remember that Easter Day holds the promise of eternal life.

lieber hartmuth und alle contributors
vielen dank, dass ihr die erinnerung an knut so lebendig haltet - es ist so wunderschön, die vielen fotos zu sehen. wenn jemand stirbt merkt man erst, wie sehr er zum eigenen leben gehörte. knut fehlt. ruhe in frieden kleiner eisbär.
ich werde auch am samstag um 15 uhr eine kerze anzünden. knut wird die vielen kerzenlichter sehen; und so aufmerksam und neugierig wie er war, wird er jede einzelne bemerken.

Birgit B - I think it's a great idea to light a candle on Saturday afternoon. You'll be in Berlin with us in spirit.
I had planned to wish everybody a happy Easter with a funny story but of course, I couldn't write it but I tried to write something anyway:

Mervi: What a sweet heart of you. Your dream is so beautiful and really touching that made me burst in tears immediately while I was reading. I believe that Knut had visited you and he had looked at you sleeping with his bright smile before he left.
