vielen Dank für Ihren Zoo-Bericht. Tja, schade, dass Sie Knut nicht angetroffen haben, wären wieder einmal schöne Bilder geworden, bin ich mir ganz sicher.
Sehr schön auch immer wieder zu lesen Ihre sachlich korrekte, aber nicht minder liebenswerte Aussage zu allen wichtigen Geschehnissen des Tages um unseren Lieblingsbären und auch drumherum.

Baby Duck, Ursi, es scheint ihr gut zu gehen, aber ich gestehe, gesehen habe ich sie nicht. Aber beim nächsten Zoobesuch werde ich wieder genauer nachschauen bzw. fragen

Kein Tag ohne Fotos von Knut. Darum heute wieder ein weiterer Rückblick *Remember the Knut-Show*. Fotos vom 10. Juni 2007, es war ein sehr heißer Tag. Und Knut schwamm mit TD im Wassergraben, der für uns normale Besucher leider nicht einsehbar war.

Poor Dr. Ochs...he loves animals so much. I am sure that Knut doesn't understand that it was all for his own good. That he would bite and growl at poor Dr. Ochs is unfortunate indeed.
It is interesting though that the newspapers in germany spend so much time on Knut. I think that someone wrote to me that a recent poll showed that 90% of the population of Germany knew who Knut was by name, which is very interesting from a statistical stand point. Not being sure what indicies they used to measure this value.
Also, with so many new Terrorists issues in Berlin, it is surpizing that there is any mention of Knut at all. Now that it is called a homegrown terriorist issues with converts to Islam being native born Germans with no previous ties to the Muslim world, and one person of Turkish descent. The new revivial of uses of gentrification and inequality which describes a society in transition and growth away from the core values of Germany, which have been used in the news in Germany it is just so surprizing to me that Knut is still such a major news story...and the illustration of him on the X-Ray table ws so cute and funny.

Armer Dr. Ochs... liebt er Tiere so sehr. Ich bin sicher, daß Knut nicht versteht, daß aller es für sein eigenes gutes war. Daß er und Knurren am armen Dr. Ochs beißen würde, ist in der Tat unglücklich. Es ist zwar interessant, daß die Zeitungen in Deutschland soviel Zeit auf Knut verbringen. Ich denke, daß jemand mir schrieb, daß eine neue Abstimmung zeigte, daß 90% der Bevölkerung von Deutschland wußte, wem Knut namentlich war, das von einem statistischen Standplatzpunkt sehr interessant ist. Nicht seiend sicher, welchen indicies sie verwendeten, diesen Wert zu messen. Auch mit so vielen neuen Terroristen gibt in Berlin, es surpizing heraus, daß es jede mögliche Erwähnung von Knut an allen gibt. Nun da es benannt wird, gibt ein homegrown terriorist mit Bekehrten zum Islam heraus, der gebürtige geborene Deutsche ohne vorhergehende Riegel zur moslemischen Welt ist, und einer Person türkischem Abfall. Das neue revivial von Gebräuchen von gentrification und Verschiedenheit, die beschreibt, eine Gesellschaft im Übergang und Wachstum weg von den Kernwerten von Deutschland, die in den Nachrichten in Deutschland verwendet worden sind, ist es gerechtes so surprizing zu mir, daß Knut noch solch eine Hauptnachrichten Geschichte... und die Abbildung von ihm auf den netten und lustigen Röntgenstrahltabelle W so ist.
